Clean place with good staff members and city views. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the double room, plus a sofa and luggage storage. Location not far from a mosque, and the resturant before 11pm. Also, in very peaceful area.
Poor staff!

good access to transportation, nearby essential services, decent sitting area
The carpets look filthy with stains!!! Sound isolation between rooms needs improvement!!! Bus service is confusing and not very convenient for older guests!!!

The location was favourable, overlooking city. A twin room was reasonably large and tastefully decorated. The place had a quiet atmosphere.

Every visit to Mecca we like to stay here. This is a brand-new fairly clean hotel providing well laid out and neat rooms. The atmosphere of the venue is family. The breakfast is great, the staff are excellent and excellent co-operating.

Accorded warmth from the staff
The room was clean and spacious with a friendly staff always ready to assist. The shuttle service to Haram was a bonus for easy access, and I appreciated the complimentary breakfast items.

As usual, everything was excellent for me. Clean, very friendly and helpful staff, the bus driver is punctual and respectful... Thank you to the whole team and good continuation
Just sometimes families who stay in the hotel with their children must respect others and not let their children hang out and play in the corridors as if they were in a park without any respect for others.

To charge for the meal when on my reservation it was not indicated that there was a breakfast option.

I loved the cozy atmosphere and the comfy bed that really helped me unwind after long days out. There's a great pool and a lovely lounge area to kick back in too. Just a heads-up, the check-in process was a bit slow, but it didn't take away from my overall enjoyable stay 😊

The hotel was in a good location, in the resturant before 11pm. Moreover, it's adjacent to Taxi, Makkah, the holy city and a mosque...

Daily cleaning service
As it was under construction I can't say anything (leaking toilet fork and sink, disgusting smell) I had taken this hotel but apparently there has been some change even the former employees are not there anymore so next time in sha Allah I won't come back to this hotel.
